For size exchanges, buyers will shoulder the two-way shipping fee or may visit the store for direct exchange.

Can I return sale or promo items?

No. All discounted or promotional pieces are final sale.

How long does it take to process?

Once approved, replacement or exchange usually takes 3–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
